Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and subject to a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation and/or
six (6) months in jail. Additionally, any person violating this chapter may, after
a hearing as provided under the licensees malt beverage and wine and/or distilled
spirits licenses may have their licenses suspended, revoked and/or other penalties
and fines imposed as provided for in the Code, for said licenses.
