Before any permit will be issued, electrical work must be laid out in plan and other
necessary views to show location, type of fixtures, etc., together with specifications
of materials to be used. Each set of plans and specifications must show the name of
the owner and location of the proposed building.
(b)
In case of dispute between any electrician and the electrical inspector as to layout,
plans, specifications or materials, either may appeal to the board of zoning appeals.
If the decision of the electrical inspector is reversed, the records shall show the
reason therefor.
