§ 6-143. Right of appeal.

In case of dispute between any plumber and the plumbing inspector as to layout, plans, specifications or materials, either may appeal to the construction board of adjustment and appeals. In the event the decision of the plumbing inspector is reversed, the records shall show the reason therefore.
