§ 7-16. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Department means the public works department of the city.

Municipal cemetery or cemetery means the municipal cemetery of the city.

Superintendent means the public works director or his designee.
