§ 7-21. Permission for work required.

All persons are prohibited from doing any work upon any lot of the city cemetery by contract, agreement or otherwise without first obtaining permission from the sexton and/or city manager, provided that this section shall not prohibit lot owners from caring for or keeping their lots in condition.
