§ 8-3. Superintendent.

The council shall by resolution annually appoint a municipal election superintendent who shall exercise the powers and duties set forth in O.C.G.A. tit. 21 and other applicable provisions of the Georgia Election Code, and pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-45(c) may authorize the county superintendent to conduct said election; pursuant to a valid intergovernmental agreement between city and county.
