This chapter has been prepared and adopted by the City Council of Cartersville, Georgia,
in accordance with the authority provided by Article 9, Section 2, Paragraph 3 of the Constitution of the State of Georgia, the Georgia Development
Impact Fee Act (O.C.G.A. 36-71-1 et seq. as amended), and such other laws as may apply
to the provision of public facilities and the power to charge fees for such facilities.
