§ 9.75-98. Private agreements; procedure.

(a)

Any private agreement proposed by an applicant pursuant to this section shall be submitted to the administrator for review, negotiation, and submission to the city council.

(b)

Any such agreement must be presented to and approved by the City Council of Cartersville, Georgia prior to the issuance of a building permit.

(c)

Any such agreement shall provide for execution by mortgagees, lien holders or contract purchasers in addition to the landowner, and shall require the applicant to submit such agreement to the clerk of superior court for recording.
