§ 9.75-106. Ordinance amendments.

(a)

This chapter may be amended from time to time as deemed appropriate or desirable.

(b)

Interim amendments to the impact fee schedule regarding the establishment of new land use categories by the administrator under section 9.75-46(c)(3) are expressly authorized, and shall be confirmed by the city council when this chapter is subsequently amended.
