§ 9.75-139. Effective date.
This chapter shall take effect on the 1st day of January, 2007.

CITY OF CARTERSVILLE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE
The following schedule indicates the maximum allowable impact fee the City of Cartersville may assess. As of September 3, 2009, for all unit of measurement and land use category referenced in said schedule, the net impact fee shall be $0.00.
