§ 3.06. Maps and diagrams.

The city manager shall cause to be prepared and maintained the necessary maps, diagrams or other records, as will show at all times the location of all water, gas, electrical and sewer pipes, all plugs, cutoffs, lines, connections and all other information connected with the water, gas, electrical and sewer systems of the city as to facilitate the efficient and economical maintenance and extension and improvement thereof.
