§ 10-111. Duty to keep information current.

  • Any person required by this article to register his/her business shall notify the administrator or clerk in writing within thirty (30) days of the following changes:

    (1)

    Any change of address of the business, in which case the same business license tax receipt shall be valid at the new location.

    (2)

    Any change of ownership, in which case the transfer shall be treated as the termination of one (1) business and the establishment of a new business for the purposes of this article.

    (3)

    The termination of any business.
