§ 10-110. Suspension or revocation of license, etc.

All licenses, permits or other grants to engage in, prosecute, or carry on any trade, business, calling, vocation or profession for which an occupational tax is levied by this article shall be subject to suspension or revocation by the council if the council may find or determine that it is being used for a purpose not intended, or that it is in the public interest of the city that it be suspended or revoked.
