§ 10-152. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be punished upon conviction in the municipal court of the city as provided in section 1-6. Additionally, the mayor and city council may revoke any license issued under this article, if the licensee is convicted of a violation of this article.
