§ 10-153. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for a buyer of precious metals and gems pawnbroker and pawnshop to engage in such business within the city without first obtaining a license in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. This license is supplemental to any other license required to operate a business in the city.
