§ 10-402. Natural gas companies.

Any person, firm, company, or corporation furnishing natural gas within the city limits of the City of Cartersville, Georgia shall pay a license fee equal to four (4) percent of the gross sales of natural gas to customers within the City of Cartersville, under rates prescribed by the Georgia Public Service Commission, payable quarterly for the preceding quarterly period.
