§ 10-401. Electric companies.

  • Any person, firm, company, or corporation furnishing electrical energy within the city limits of the City of Cartersville shall pay a license fee equal to four (4) percent of the gross sales of electric energy to customers, other than to the City of Cartersville, Georgia, service under rate schedules prescribed by the Georgia Public Service Commission within the corporate limits of the city, payable quarterly for the preceding quarterly period.
