§ 11-145. Drug-free zones.
The City of Cartersville adopts the following map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" which defines the area within one thousand (1,000) feet of the real property of a school board or a private or public elementary or secondary school that is used for school purposes or any publicly owned or publicly operated housing project or the real property set apart for use as a park, playground, recreation center, or for any other recreational purposes. Said map is approved and accepted by the city along with all other enforcement rights and obligations related to the map by O.C.G.A. §§ 16-13-32.4 and 16-13-32.5 for the enforcement of drug-free zones.
