§ 12-10. Violation of OCGA, § 40-6-14.

(a)

In addition to all fines imposed pursuant to state law and city ordinances for violations of OCGA, § 40-6-14 the judge of the municipal court is authorized to impose the additional fine and penalty.

(1)

Any person found guilty of violating OCGA, § 40-6-14 shall be required to attend a one-hour class to listen to classical music selections as determined by the court and at a place designated by the court.
