§ 12-9. Operation of trucks and motor vehicles over three tons.

Latest version.

(a)

Fite Street from Cherokee Street (SR 293) to Etowah Drive is hereby closed to any through traffic by trucks and other motor vehicles over three (3) tons.

(b)

Trucks or other motor vehicles over three (3) tons delivering to or picking up from a location on Fite Street from Cherokee Street (SR 293) to Etowah Drive are still allowed to make deliveries.

(c)

A fine for violation of this section is not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation.
