§ 12-61. Obstruction of traffic.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten (10) feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic. Where an arterial or major and minor collector streets as indicated by the City of Cartersville Street Classification Map adopted on May 17, 2007 as amended, has a centerline, no person shall park a vehicle within twelve (12) feet of such centerline. No person shall park a vehicle in such a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the access of emergency vehicles through said street.
