§ 17-83. Sign permit fees.

(a)

A permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per sign shall be required at the time of submittal of a sign permit application.

(b)

For any permits requested after the sign has been installed without a permit a late fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per sign plus the actual cost of any enforcement action by the City of Cartersville related to said sign, shall be due prior to the issuance of a permit.
