§ 17-84. Swimming pools permit fees.

(a)

The following fees shall be assessed prior to the issuance of a permit.

(b)

All swimming pool permit fees are based on the actual cost/valuation of the project as follows:

The re-instatement fee is twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
