§ 21-14. Removal of tree trunks, logs, limbs and tops required.

The owner of the property within the corporate limits of the city on which trees are cut down, whether by the owner, or by another, is required to promptly remove or have removed from the property at his own expense when such materials are clearly visible from any public street, alley, sidewalk, lane or path or from the property of another that adjoins the property on which the materials are located. Such materials shall not be destroyed or removed by burning. Small amounts of tree limbs will be picked up if cut by the property owner and placements, lengths, and volume comply with all other sections of this Code.
