§ 21-2. Duties of public works director.

The duties of the public works director shall be to establish collection schedules in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; to supervise the collection of refuse, including the operation and maintenance of equipment and supervision of refuse collection and disposal personnel; to supervise other methods of refuse disposal; and to otherwise enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter.
