§ 21-29. Material too large for containers generally.

  • Any garbage or rubbish that cannot be put into containers as provided in this chapter will be collected if properly flattened, stacked or bundled into bundles not exceeding four (4) feet in length, three (3) feet in width or seventy-five (75) pounds in weight; provided that not more than two hundred fifty (250) pounds of such waste shall be placed for collection at any one (1) time without express permission from the public works director. Customers that consistently generate garbage in excess of the one standardized wheeled cart will be required to purchase additional containers as needed to fully containerize all refuse.
