§ 21-51. Application.

Latest version.

Each applicant shall provide the following information to the city:
(1)

Name of owner of container and address, phone number and contact name.

(2)

Size of container and address.

(3)

Description of proposed location of container.

(4)

Days of pick-up schedule.

(5)

Letter or statement that said container is leak free.
