§ 21-52. Application processing.

Upon receipt of any application the public works director shall review the application and if it meets all necessary requirements as stated herein, said permit shall be issued within ten (10) days of the application. If said application is denied, the applicant may appeal to the board of zoning appeals pursuant to their procedures for an appeal.
