§ 22-45. Penalties.

A willful, knowing violation of the permit requirement in section 22-36(a) of this article, after notice, may be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), which may be enforced by the contempt powers of the municipal court of the city. No fine shall be assessed against any person who has not first received notice of this section, including the "late application provision."
