§ 22-76. Scope.

(a)

This article governs the construction of residential, commercial, mobile homes, apartments, condominiums and semipublic places, with regard to earth moving, storm drainage, paving and installation of utilities.

(b)

The following utility installations shall conform to the requirements of this article:

(1)

Telephone.

(2)

Cable TV.

(3)

Electrical lines, if not installed by the city.

(4)

Natural gas lines, if not installed by the city.
