§ 22-77. Violations.

Any work not meeting the requirements of this article shall be corrected by the contractor. Should the work not be corrected within sixty (60) days after notification by the city inspector, a stop work order shall be issued by the public works department. Further failure by the contractor and developer shall be an offense.
