§ 22-79. Plans, permits, etc.

(a)

All phases of construction shall require construction plans. A construction permit must be obtained, at no cost, from the construction inspector at the public works department after the construction plans are approved.

(b)

Grading plans are required prior to clearing and grubbing and prior to the beginning of any earth moving.

(c)

Storm drainage plans are required if required grading work does not include installation of storm drainage pipe and other drainage construction with grading plans.

(d)

Water and sewer line construction plans are required if such lines will not be installed by the city.

(e)

Curbing plans are required after water and sewer lines have been installed and prior to the installation of any curb and gutter.

(f)

A base and paving plan is required after the curb and gutter has been completed and prior to setting and priming the base.
