§ 24-153. Enforcement; penalty.

(a)

This article shall be enforced by the office of the building inspector. Citations for violations may be issued by the city police department at the direction of the building official.

(b)

Any person, corporation, partnership or other entity violating this article shall be tried before the municipal court of the city. Upon conviction, a violation of this article may be punished pursuant to section 1-6 of this Code.
