§ 24-154. Purpose and intent.

The purpose of this article pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sections 8-2-1—8-2-3 is to impose water conservation restrictions; to provide definitions; to provide exemptions; to provide for penalties; to provide for related matters; to repeal any conflicting ordinances, and for other purposes.
