§ 2-17. Regular meetings.

(a)

Regular meetings of the council shall be held in the council chamber on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

(b)

By resolution, the mayor and council may reschedule the day, time and place of a regularly scheduled meeting by a majority vote of the council when said meeting falls on a holiday, as necessary due to force majeure and for special occasions and ceremonies, as determined by the mayor and council.
