§ 4-201. Staff and advisors; duties.

  • (a)

    The city clerk or his/her designee shall be the recorder and record keeper of the alcohol control board and as such shall attend meetings, take minutes thereof, be responsible for all files and records, receive and process applications and perform other such tasks as designated by the alcohol control board. The director of planning and development or his/her designee may participate in all discussions of the alcohol control board but has no voting power.

    (b)

    The alcohol control board shall have, as it requires, additional staff consisting of the city manager, city attorney, chief of police, and all city employees available to it. These staff persons may participate in all discussions of the alcohol control board but shall not have the power to vote.
