§ 6-20. Construction dirt, etc., on streets, sidewalks, etc.

It shall be unlawful in the erection, repairing or tearing down of any building or structure to permit dust, dirt, trash, soot, ashes, or other waste to blow, fall or settle upon the streets or sidewalks of the city or on the premises of any other person.
