§ 9.75-3. Applicability.

(a)

The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to limit the power of Cartersville, Georgia, to use any other legal methods or powers otherwise available for accomplishing the purposes set forth herein, either in substitution of or in conjunction with this chapter.

(b)

This chapter shall apply to all areas under the regulatory control and authority of Cartersville, Georgia, and such other areas as may be included by intergovernmental agreement.
