§ 9-11. Personnel, duties.

The personnel of the fire department shall consist of a chief and such other personnel as may be designated by the city manager. Such personnel shall have knowledge of and be skilled in the use of motor-driven machinery and vehicles and shall keep in repair and good running order all apparatus used by the fire department in the fire service.
