§ 21-54. Requirements prior to issuance of permit.

Prior to placing containers in the city and using said container for garbage disposal, the City of Cartersville shall inspect said container and location and if it complies with all conditions stated herein, shall issue the permit.
(1)

All requirements of section 21-51 and section 21-53 shall be met.

(2)

On each container clearly visible the hauler shall provide the following information:

a.

Name of hauler (minimum two-inch letters);

b.

Phone number (minimum two-inch letters).
